Phase 1: The Initial Consultation
Defining your vision. Every great home starts with a collaborative conversation. We invite you to sit down with our team to discuss your lifestyle aspirations, design preferences, and budget. Whether you are looking at a vacant block or planning a knockdown rebuild, this obligation-free session allows us to evaluate your site’s potential and outline a clear direction for your project.
Phase 2: Design Strategy & Initial Pricing
Bringing concepts to life with financial certainty. Next, our design specialists translate your ideas into a tailored architectural concept that maximises your land’s orientation, outlook, and local council regulations. Once you love the floor plans and exterior look, we provide a detailed initial tender. We believe in fixed price contracts, this initial tender will be as accurate as we can get it with the information we have at the time.
Phase 3: Tender Acceptance
Locking down your quote. Once the Tender is accepted we proceed to finalise all construction level documents that we need to provide a fixed price contract. This includes your variations, selections, structural and stormwater engineering, and any others regulatory items we need for approvals.
Phase 4: Compliance & Approvals
Leaving the heavy lifting to us. Navigating council regulations, engineering requirements, and building approvals can be overwhelming. Our dedicated compliance team takes full responsibility for the paperwork – managing DA/CC/CDC submissions, BASIX criteria, and certifier coordination. We handle the entire red tape process to secure your approvals as efficiently as possible.
Phase 5: The Build
Master craftsmanship and transparent updates. With approvals in hand, construction begins. Our master tradespeople bring your home to life using premium materials and exacting standards, all under the strict supervision of a dedicated Site Manager. Unlike many other builders we work collaboratively with you and have consistent site meetings, structured updates, and critical stage site walks so you can watch your home take shape with absolute confidence.
Phase 6: Handover & Celebration
Welcome to your new home. Once our quality-assurance inspections are complete, the moment you’ve been waiting for arrives. We will take you through a comprehensive, final walk-through of your property, demonstrating how your new appliances and smart features work, before officially handing over the keys to your beautiful new Halliam Home.
Phase 7: Post-Handover Care
Our commitment to you continues. Our partnership doesn’t conclude when you move in. To ensure your total peace of mind, every Halliam home is backed by a comprehensive structural warranty and a maintenance period. We remain at your service to ensure any future works, repairs, alterations you would like to make can be handled with the same care your home was built.
